Is it legal to sell your ex-tenants items to salvage the unpaid rent ?.

Overnight one of our tenants eloped, leaving couple of items behind. He already owes us around $737 in unpaid rent, so we were wondering if we could sell his stuffs.

If you can forget left vs right and really look at what is happening because US forces went into Iraq

We have become less safe because of the invasion (says the intel community)

A bunch bunch of people have gotten killed.

Billions have been thrown away.

And no real threat coming out of iraq was ever found

There is no end in sight and things look like they are only going to get worse.

I sure would like to hear some good things about all this 'cause I can't think of any.

The President needs the aproval of Congress to go to war

Yes 90 days after the fact - He can invade Iran and then seek Congrressional aproval later

He could do this just after an attack - by Iran -

He could then respond - it would seem natural who would question ?

Then he could after the attack on America by Iran - declare martial law as is spelled out in the Presidential and Homeland security directive 51

Just before the election what the Americans call false flag and the rest of the world calls a black op

Manage to go to war with Iran (no Congresional approval required for a war up to 90 days ) and declare martial law suspending the elections until "order could be restored"
----------------------------------------------------
Please poke holes in that -
I want to be wrong -
I want to believe that isn't the purpose of the Nuclear posture review and directive 51 and the 300 million dollar camps -
So tell me how all those things sould lead me

Why do so many of the police haters find it irresistible to stay out of the Law Enforcement section of YA? I mean why put yourself through the torment of posting an answer, knowing you are going to be getting a lot of thumbs down. This section has it's haters, but the majority are pro police.

I would name some of them off, but that would be a violation and get this question removed, besides the regulars know who you are anyway.

I lost a trial and the defense attorney filed for attorney's fees for $100,000. My lawyer filed motion to dismiss and they soon dropped the motion for attorney's fees.

But the judge presiding over the case is a nutjob. She scolded my lawyer for filing the case (even though it was 100% legit) and pretty much tried to persuade the defense to refile for attorney's fees, even though the 60-day window has passed.

Here's my question: so if the defense re-files for attorney's fees and prevails, what legal recourse do I have???? The judge is a real nutjob and she even admitted in court to not even reading over our motions!!!!!!

So what can I do if that happens? Is there a way to overturn it on the grounds that she overstepped her bounds by encouraging the defense to refile and not do it within 60 days?????? Shouldn't she be disbarred for such a thing???? What are my chances I can prevail??? (THIS IS IN LA COUNTY, CA, USA)

My lawyer is away so I can't ask him. :(

Are people not heavily brainwashed to think killing Iraqs equals killing terrorists? How many Iraqis were involved in 9/11? What is the difference between Bin Ladin killing innocent Americans and Americans killing innocent Iraqis?
Is this not a typical ghost chasing mission? Why is America struggling to win a war? Is this because there in no identified enemies but ghosts? Has anyone consider the future effect of these killing on the affected and the Americans?
