It has happened again, mexico has invaded, when are we going to do anything about it. Will it be a repeat of the Alamo?

I am being sued by an elderly woman for deprivation of liberty and mental anguish, but the thing is its only because she couldnt get out from behind the car, any able bodied person could have climbed out from behind there, I shouldnt be punished because she was too feeble to move.

If someone has had about 5 small workmans comp claims over a 2 1/2 year period in a dangerous job that were absolutely not controllable by the employee,such as dog bite,faulty straps,etc.Can the boss threaten your job because of them?Or state that there is too many and someone will start asking questions, to make you feel threatened?

I am a US resident, my husband is a citizen, my grandchild has lived with us for the past 4 years, both parents of the child do not want this child. I have been trying to get lawyers to help me with this, so that she can become a legal resident; but four years on -no one has been able to help. This child needs a social security number, needs health insurance, needs to be recognized and a child in the USA with rights, and needs to go through immigration but INS needs an adoption cert, which I can not get either here or in England, what can I do? There has to be a way forward. This child is an exceptional 'A' student and wants to have a life like the rest of our family. We have used all our savings on lawyers and health care for this child and still no further forward! The child is still and illegal immigrant unable to travel outside the USA for fear of not being allowed back. Please is there any person that can help. Thank you.

A car audio shop installs an in-dash mobile video player and bypasses a built-in safety lockout feature. As a result the car owner is able to watch movies while driving. He causes an accident which results in the death of a passenger in another vehicle. It is determined that the distraction of the video screen contributed to the accident.

Should the car audio shop have any liability? Should the installer or shop owner face criminal charges?

Since just the announcement of the surge, violence is dramatically down in Iraq, mostly in Baghdad (where most of the fighting in the 4 regions was taking place).

Do you look forward to the violence ending due to a successful campaign? Or would you rather we end it in failure to ensure a larger problem in 5+ years?

For example, let's say that the economies of Mexico, Guatamala, El Salvador, and all other Central and South American countries were improved. The standard of living became equal to that of the United States, where there was plenty of work, low unemployment levels and stable economies.

Would this stem the flow of illegal immigrants flowing into the US?

do dems honestly believe that cutting funding and helping kill god only knows how many troops in doing so will really prove to the world that they are the party of the future? you will cut off our recon, cut off our supply lines, make a weaponry problems even bigger, hey i know why dont we actually broadcast the location of our troops and when and where patrols will be, then we can paint a big target on the sides of all of the humvees and what not? please explain to me how it will help?
