You folks that complain about the GOP (and you have many great points) amazingly overlook the Democrats hypocrisy during the last several years. First of all a majority of Democrats voted to approve the use of military action and then immediately began to badmouth the President, the plan and the military. These are the same Democrats who ran a campaign nationally in the '06 election that consisted of no actual stated plan except "I'm not the other guy". Now that they are in power these are the same Democrats that have passed very little meaningful legislation and yet are supposed to be the ones to fix the country and all of our problems.
I don't have a problem with the constant Republican bashing as long as you are intellectually honest and admit the Democrats really haven't been any better for the country.

I am absolutely disgusted with the government. The Republicans are so unethical, crooked and conniving and the Democrats seem like they don't have a spine. In my opinion the key is the people, but it seems like Americans are not interested in politics. All they care about is their six pack and who's getting kicked off American Idol.
