Landmark Legal Foundation today nominated nationally syndicated radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh for the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize.

Limbaugh, whose daily radio show is heard by more than 20 million people on more than 600 radio stations in the United States and around the world, was nominated for the prestigious award for his "nearly two decades of tireless efforts to promote liberty, equality and opportunity for all humankind, regardless of race, creed, economic stratum or national origin. These are the only real cornerstones of just and lasting peace throughout the world," said Landmark President Mark R. Levin.

"Rush Limbaugh is the foremost advocate for freedom and democracy in the world today," explained Levin. "Everyday he gives voice to the values of democratic governance, individual opportunity and the just, equal application of the rule of law -- and it is fitting that the Nobel Committee recognize the power of these ideals to build a truly peaceful world for future generations."

I want to see proof, not a bunch of webites.........I want to see someone with more credibility than Rosie O'Donnell or Crypto Jew Girl or any of her other numerous accounts. I want to know why YA allows this site to be spammed with the SAME questions over and over again, and allows this person to report me at their convenience. I want to know why I get a personal attack for MY answers (see question below), when most agree. I want to know why my OPINION is so bad that my answers are reported, even when they are legit. Now that I am done with my soapbox, where is the IRREFUTABLE PROOF?

Unlike the choice we had when we had to choose between Bush & Kerry. Most of the people who voted for Bush said they had no choice. What do we need to do to get a choice? Common we spend so much time choosing clothes & other stuff. But when it comes to choosing president's what's happening? What should we do to change this?

I keep seeing posts on this board demanding a withdrawal and our own (liberal) Congress is trying to require a "pull-out" date against the CinC's wishes and the advice if military leaders. Do you people want to fight terrorists on foreign soil or on American soil? Those are your only two choices. Their intent to "Kill All Infidels!" is about as clear a message as you'll ever receive from an enemy!

Choose wisely, and remember, not fighting them IS NOT A CHOICE! I can't imagine a more simple "black & white" choice to make.

I vote for fighting them on their own soil or the soil of the country that's harboring them!

WHAT SAY YOU?

You bet she did!
She said:
"You never hear Pro life people doing that because they don't care about abortion. They care about controlling women's bodies. It scares them. They believe they and you should live chaste virginal lives until married. Their mentality comes from the mythologies of the 1950's. It didn't happen then either, but they think it did. "

Funny how a liberal woman can debunk facist men THAT QUICKLY,no?

I wanted to be sure I knew what people were talking about so I looked up the term "Fascism." Here's what it says in The New Oxford American Dictionary:

"an authoritarian and nationalistic right-wing system of government and social organization."

Does that make Islamo-fascists an Arabic version of PNAC?

Lets say someone is on trial for murder...and they plead not guilty...and they tell their own lawyer that they did murder. What does the lawyer do? Do they still defend them? Do most lawyers really know whether or not their client committed the crime, even though they may plead otherwise? Or do defense lawyers discourage their client from telling them whether they did it or not?

the general consensus among the pro war contingent here claim the US mission in Iraq is / was to "Leave Iraq with a stable, democratically elected goverment that can effectively govern the people. Also, Iraq must be able to defend itself from enemies within and without."

now, if that is NOT nation building, please tell me what is?

and, if that sentiment is true among the war cons, then why Iraq??? why not China? or North Korea???

Why not the other two nations who along with Afghanistan were 110% responsible for the attacks of 9/11, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia???????
