im taking the bank and my brother to civil court. the bank pretty much let my brother forge my name on my personal checks, then they dropped the charges i filed against my brother for theft. it was like $17,000, yeah seventeen thousand dollars

The line behind you is going to be fairly long - I work for an attorney and we have a client here that was settling an account and the rep who kept calling here was so unbelievably rude I can not comprehend how she kept her job... and I just shudder to think that their motto is "How can I exceed your expectations today" - what a joke

Your first prob was going with B of A they will rip you off every chance they get as will most banks. I hope you sue the pants off them and win. It will be a large victory for you and a small one for the rest of us that have gotten screwed but didn't have the resources to fight. In the future use a credit union they work for you not against you and most credit unions are open to anyone living in the county in which the credit union resides. I use Patelco and they are awesome if you have one in your area if not Golden One is pretty good too. Good luck in court stick it to 'em for the rest of us.

Bank of America used to be the best caring bank way back when, but now a days, they just care to bleed you dry with fees and unexplained changes of rules to make imposed more penalties.
