We can't yet say that he has stopped terrorist attacks on US soil. Look at the history of the attacks and the time span it took Al Qaeda to fulfill it's next attack on the WTC from the Clinton Amin. till 9/11/01.

No! When those Swedes give the prize to terrorists like Arafat, and to terrorist apologists like Carter, they have sullied the Peace Prize so much, nobody of any moral or ethical standing would deign to accept such a mockery!
