The Queen is a constitutional Monarch; this means she is the figure head of the state and not a ruler, therefore she cannot directly over rule the Prime Minister on politics. However she does have two representatives in the House of Lords who, if they could raise enough support, could possible influence those who might support the PM's line.

No. The Queen has to give the royal assent to all bills passed by parliament, but this is just a formality, she cannot refuse the bill. The only area that I think the Queen would be seriously listened to would be in matters directly affecting the Royal family, like order of succession or alterations to the acts governing succession, whether a person of different religion to CofE Anglican can succeed and so on..

The British Sovereign is nominally and theoretically the source of executive power in the British government. She doesn't actively exercise executive authority though, since this is the job of the PM and the Cabinet. In practice, the monarch acts on the advice of the PM and the Cabinet and doesn't refuse it, since it would lead to a constitutional crisis. So practically she is just a ceremonial figurehead.

Much of the executive functions of the UK are theoretically placed in the Sovereign. These include declaring war, appointing ministers, issuing passports, etc. The monarch does exercise some rights. She is bound to warn ministers, advise ministers and has a right to be informed of government business.

The Queen CAN choose not to give Royal Assent to an Act of Parliament, thus the Act will be killed, but that hasn't been done for 200 years, and is unlikely to happen again.

The queen has no political power she is just a figure head. Though if she does talk people do listen and take her statements into account when making decisons.
