Latin Americans are human beings, too. We should all be treating each other as equals, but unfortunately we humans have some terrible shortcomings.

Before I start, let me first say that I almost emmigrated to Peru, when I left the US Navy. I adore Latin America. I'm not a fan of Marxism, nor any other type of socialist model that does not respect the right of people to conduct their own commerce. It's insulting the people of a country by telling them they aren't smart or strong enough to think and do for themselves. But, Latinoamericanos have an energy, a passion, a hunger even, for life that few others can even think to emmulate. That is what makes it so cool. The problems facing it are education, a lack of infrastructure, and corruption. Education and building projects will fix the other issues, I believe. Now, on to the questions...
Do you think Venezuela doing the same thing the US does is okay? If so, then what the US has done isn't wrong. I personally believe the US should purchase the resources of other nations, especially from our Latin American brother and sister states. There can actually be a better sollution, but, until everyone stops acting like 11 year old children, we will never see any peaceful and truly benevolent interaction between the various states of America (I am not saying America as in the country, but America the combined land masses).
Now, saying that North and South America is the US's backyard is a metaphor, not an actual claim of ownership. It means that this is our neighborhood. In sports, when a cup is being played, and an international football team loses a match to a team from all the way across the world, even if they are playing the game just two countries over, it's called losing in one's own back yard. Same allegory. There is an awful lot of this going on, where people try to start a fight, by warping what is being said so that others are fooled into thinking it means something else, and thus look good and justified, while really being liars. Los Estados Unidos do not own the world, and often, that is a flimsy excuse given by those who are used to playing victim, to get what they want. Which, is a wrong, and co-dependent manner of thinking.
Now, you said "It can make what to want, as to steal the riquesas of the other peoples?" Does this translate to "The US thinks they can do as they wish to steal the riches of others?" As I recall, there are a few companies in the US, whose executives are being handed over to South American authorities for doing just that. Anyone can do as they please, so long as the law is respected. Once the law is broken, however, those parties who have broken the law will be brought to justice. That's how liberty works.
I love Latin America, but, until the folks on the governmental level of ALL nations can learn to think right, there won't be any improvement.
