It is not on much news yet I heard it on NPI/NPR this morning, now it is getting coverage. Are they ok? What were they doing? This throws a wrench into British exits strategies?

Just noticed, soLdiers* , whoops. They were in Iraqi waters when Iranian ships pulled up and took them by gunpoint into Iranian waters. They gonna be ok?

Let's hope for a quick diplomatic resolution.

This is considered an act of war isn't it.

The last thing we need is another war.

I can remember at least one other instance of this very thing happening to the Brits...during Desert Storm.

They were held, interrogated and released...sans equipment.

I predict the same here. The waterway has been in dispute for centuries if not longer. Iran is just saber rattling a bit.
