When you drink you begin to lose judgement practically from drink one. So if this is true how can we have drinking and driving laws? If you lose your judgement you are going to drive and endanger people. Do we need to have classes that let you learn what your limit is? THEN you can drink in public. Or should we just ban all public drinking all together.
Or should we ban alcohcol? (prohibition WAS a success as much as many of you will whine that it wasnt ... GOOGLE it.. it was successful.. )

Solution: if you have one drinking and driving episode you get a Lifetime loss of driving rights.
Second offense. Lifetime forced prescription of antabuse?
Third offense. Lifetime monitoring of blood alcohol levels.

I went out of work on 2/14/2007 for surgery. The day I left for surgery I was replaced by another employee at my position at work. When it was time for me to return. I contacted the owner of the company and asked what would my positon be, would my pay change basically I asked what would my employee status be? He said that my pay would not change but I would be a contacted employee with no benefits. Because we are a small company that only has about 15 employees does that mean I am no longer covered under the FMLA laws?..Do you know of any other ways to fight this?

Only reason insurgents have not given up is that the media daily undermines G Bush- and shows no tolerance for war. Enemy use the left and the media to break the will of the people- so they can win by default when we pull out. A united America would make them pack their bags and leave today. I.E. "Mission Accomplished would be a complete reality if Liberals felt strongly enough about victory as they do mocking everything the US does. Again- If you hated Alqaeda as much as you did George Bush- we would have already defeated this enemy. Thanks for nothing.

It must be public info right? All these gossip rags and internet sites get the celebrity's mugshots.

My brother had gotten a dui and we want to get his mugshot for him to remember that day so it won't happen again.

I can name countless reasons how alcohol is worse. there has never been a recorded death due to marijuana use, yet alcohol related deaths are a top cause of death in this country. People get drunk & start fights. People smoke pot & eat a lot. Drinking problems have ruined so many families. I'm sure marijuana use has effected families as well, but not like alcohol does. It causes so many health problems too. Sure, smoking anything is bad for you, but not compared to the problems alcohol causes. I just don't understand how a plant that does not have to go through any processes before using (besides air drying it out a bit) is illegal, yet a leading cause of death that has to be processed to be able to use it is legal. who agrees?

The six major powers in the UN have agreed on the draft of new sanctions against Iran to get them to stop their nuclear program. Ahmadinejad has already scoffed at the draft calling it "a torn piece of paper." Is this more proof that the UN really doesn't matter?

My husband got a few driving tickets about two years ago, and never went to the court date for them. Now he's got to pay over 2000 dollars.... Is there any way he can take this back into court and try to get the amount reduced, or any other options?

The tickets were for no drivers license type things....

I saw Tom Morello, the lead guitarist for Rage Against the Machine, being interviewed a few days ago and he said that RATM was re-uniting to deliver a "death blow to the Bush Administration". I loved Rage Against the Machine before. As Bush said, "Bring It On"

If Alqaeda and Liberals both joined a Computer Dating Service- They would be matched. True?
* What do you think? I think so. They would be matched as soul mates since they have so much common ground. Here is just a brief list where Liberals and terrorists agree:
Both hate Bush- see as evil
Both want US out of Iraq
Both see GOP as the enemy
Both see Christianity as a threat
Both think the USA needs to stand down its military
Both want a Dem victory
Both hate Israel (code name- Zionism)
Both support Hezbollah
Both hate Patriot Act
Both against the Warrantless Wiretaps
Both believe US is an imperial power doing evil in world
Both want Gitmo to close
Both see Abu Gharb as a holocaust- while the Jewish one never happened.
* Both play to the media
* Both say that Bush lied
* Both see Iraq War as illegitimate;
