as an Englishman i was amazed on a recent trip to the USA when i came across people burning the American flag. This happened in many cities i visited.
Also when visiting bars & clubs i noticed that they have American flag toilet paper and American flag urinals.
These are real American people doing this and its digusting
i would say 94% of Americans do this

There are alarming reports about the stealing of defense information from China, but the US’s most advanced systems will always be secured. This is due do to the high level of technology that accompanies our best systems.

We could give China a brand new B-2 and F-117 (stealth bomber’s) and all they could do ( or any potential adversary) would be amazed by the designed. It would take at least a decade or two for any potential adversary to replicate and or make any useful countermeasures for such technologies.

And just think we designed these things nearly 3 decades ago!! So they can steal as much of our technology as they want, because they still don’t have the resources and infrastructure to do anything about it!

One of the only nations in E. Asia that could churn out military equipment even close to the level of the US in Japan. This is because Japan specializes in high tech goods, and unlike China whose main industry in employing low skill workers to produce 5cent toys

If any of you nincompoops would look at the evidence...it's a common tactic for a country to injure itself and blame it on the enemy. Then we can go get em. Common tactic, there is even a name for it. Why don't all you wonderful wise little kids tell me why NORAD didn't scramble ANY fighters to escort the hijacked planes down?? They didn't miss 1, but 3!! Anytime a commercial airline goes off course without explanation, within 10 minutes, fighter jets are supposed to escort them down. Hmmm. How convenient. Did you also know that the WTC changed owners about two months prior to the attacks? Did you also know that the buildings were worth more if destroyed than standing? Did you know that there was a flurry of activity on Wall Street prior to the attacks, and the majority of the trading was on the doomed Airlines stock? Did you know that there were multiple explosions heard inside the buildings from all kinds of witnesses? Did you know that WTC Building 7

We've found bacteria that don't require water to live. And water being the necessity for "all" life is only true on our planet, just like it's only true on our planet that gravity is 9.8 m/s^2. It's perfectly plausible that life could evolve on another planet without water. Sentient life, even. Why do I never hear scientists discuss this?

What right does Tony (Head Kicker) Abbott have to quiz Kevin Rudd on his recollections of what happened to him when he was 12 years old? The comments I heard on the radio were that as a challenging P.M he was open to all challenges. Did this happen to John Howard when his wife was going through Cancer treatment? This really is turning into a desperate mud slinging match from what I can see. How many times did the ALP question John Howard about his son 'shacking up' with a stripper?

Desperate people really do seem to do desperate things don't you think?

Why do muslims share the same custom as jews in not eating pork and share a wall but is divided intellectually through agruement about who is right but share the same view on food slaughtered in the right way and food being blessed .Should there be religous people of all religion placed together in factorys to bless food for the world community.

The very idea revolts me!

As people seek to sue over "copyrighted" images & the like, it is akin to releasing beasts out of Pandora's Box, & then policing the thoughts of every individual to put it back again.

How long is it, before they try to determine that you have "illegal" mental copies of movies, games, pictures, or music?

Are we really selling out to the thought police like this?
You really can't "own" a thought, can you?

Is it just me or does Gordon brown look generally like a baddy. It may seem like a very simplistic question but just look at him when he smiles....he looks like such a fake/baddy/person who is only on the look out for himself.

Apart from the fact he is screwing me on tax, he just looks totally untrustworthy!

Or is it just me being paranoid?

For example, I saw an ad for a teacher at a baptist school where they said all applicants must be christian. I'm pretty sure that if that was a public school, or other type job, that it would be illegal. Just wanted to know if the same rule applied to a private school.

I honestly don't see the big deal about America accepting Same sex couples.
I am proud to say that (Though I am straight) I support the Same sex marriages. If it has nothing to do with you, or you yourself are not homosexual, why impose on someone else's happiness?
A lot of the arguments against this form of marriage are often based from a Biblical standing. People need to realise not only do some Americans base their faith from thr Bible, but America is a land of freedom and oportunity.
'Life. Liberty. and the pursuit of happiness.'
Are we not imposing on those three unalienable rights by forbidding people to love?
