I dont think that accusations are framed for Indian muslim. Indian muslims are silent because they know that the accusations are against the millitants. In India, the millitants from other religions are also being critisised.

Muslims are silent because there is a very strong current flowing against them by propagators of Hindutwa, the likes of Thakare, Modi, Advani etc. Unfortunately these people have been able to pollute the minds of a sizable number of the Hindus who mistakenly think that hating Muslims means being patriotic to the country.
Although we have many Hindus who sincerely believe in maintaining the secular fabric of our country and have a high respect for all citizens alike, they are not able to forcefully thwart the misadventures of these misguided Hindus.
And, the peace loving Hindus who, I am sure are in majority, do not resort to hooliganism and in a country where, by maintaining chaotic conditions you can benefit in allowing your vested interests to somehow prosper, clearly the hooligans have an edge, because if things do not happen as they like it to, they can burn this country to ashes!
So the situation is indeed very disturbing, but if the young generation sees through the designs of these lawless minds, in a decade from now the things can change.
The Muslims being in minority can not complain, for fear of being victimised. So in the existing scenario, silence is the best option for them

May be because they are involved in it. So, they are not eager to justify their stand.
Every time when a Pakistani terrorist comes to India, who is providing shelter for him to stay and carry on their attack? Tell me who is providing help for them? It is Muslims in India.
I am not blaming all the Muslims, many of my friends are Muslims and are very patriotic. But, there are also some Muslims in India who are supporting Pakistan.
