Hi

I know some students who stay in UK on student status and work 72 hours a week ,I want to complain about them to home office ,can some one tell me how to do this .
I want these kind of people to get deported because they run a way with credit cards and loans from UK and make things worse for students who really want to study and they bring shame to the country they come from .

I am a foreigner living in U.S.A. I am a pro se.

My original case is in federal court for charges of Title VII. But Federal Court denied my motion to add 151B state law of anti-discrimination because miscommunication. As a result, I filed another compaint in state court for charges of 151B and various tort claims. State court dismissed my case because the pending action in Federal Court and I filed appeal.

However, after a month, the federal court dismissed my Title VII claims and declined the various tort claims. Based on the declined tort claims, I filed another complaint to state court. Now defendant filed motion to dismiss because my pending action in the state appeal court.

What should I do?
If they continued dismissing my case for pending action, there will never have actual judgment for me.

I appreciate your help.
