Anyone with even the smallest amount of gumption can overcome the lack of any of these gifts. History is rife with stories of people coming to this country with little or no money and becoming successes. Sorry, but it does take hard work, which guess eliminates a good portion of our handout grabbing populace. It's not their fault. They need to be weaned form the government teat. Only then will they become truly self-sufficient.

Huh? Maybe lack of control or conscience. I can understand feeling that someone may have been convicted ONCE because of ineffective defense, but THREE times? Access, money, or power isn't the reason. It's because they are a criminal.
