I have a house and a roommate, if my roommate and I don't get along can I tell him it's time for him find another place to live or do I have to get an invection notice? We did not sighn any docments of any kind of agreements

as long as you didn't sign any kind of lease or loan or anything, if your name is the one on the house deal, its your house you can do what you want, if he.she doesn't leave call the cops

I've done landlord-tenant law as a lawyer, so if you want to hear it again--all the other answers are right (there were 4 answers when I typed this). You can throw the bum out and call the police if he won't leave.

No eviction notice needed. If they don't leave, call the cops for trespassing. Put their stuff to the curb.

No documentation, you can tell him he needs to vacate the premises.
