Hi

I know some students who stay in UK on student status and work 72 hours a week ,I want to complain about them to home office ,can some one tell me how to do this .
I want these kind of people to get deported because they run a way with credit cards and loans from UK and make things worse for students who really want to study and they bring shame to the country they come from .

If you want to report someone you believe to be working in the UK illegally, you should contact the Immigration & Nationality Directorate in writing at this address:

Immigration and Nationality Directorate,
Home Office
Lunar House
40 Wellesley Road
Croydon
CR9 2BY

You can also call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 to report the employer employing the illegal workers, as the employer is committing an offence employing these illegal workers

I wouldn't report it direct to the Home Office in Croydon and I wouldn't bother with Crimestoppers. I would go to the local immigration enforcement office (LEO). If you state the area in which the alleged offenders reside then I will provide further information as to which LEO you require.

As for the respondees who allege racism issues in the asking of this question - might I point out that we know nothing of the alleged offenders' race or colour, nor that of the asker. Calling the asker racist is therefore ludicrous and merely displays inherent ignorance. A non EU student who works 72 hours per week is plainly in breach of any student conditions they might have and as such are breaking the law. Their race has nothing to do with it - they chose to do it and must deal with the consequences if apprehended. A non EU student can work a maximum of 20 hours per week during term time - ie any work is incidental to the study and not the other way around. If they can't afford to study in the UK without working in breach then that's too bad. Those are the conditions of entry and any excuses are without merit.

The asker needs to know that the Home Office has priorities and resource limitations. Reporting these individuals may not result in immediate action.

Hmmm....three negative markings and counting. I don't care. This is the correct answer. Perhaps the truth hurts.

If you want to report on students who are study and work you are really sad and stupid as well.( sorry to be offencive)
Firstly, if you so jealous person, try to work full time and study all together. I would like to see how long you will last. Is not that much fun if you not realised yet.
Secondly, for your information, most of the students are not really allowed to get any loans and credit cards any more unless they are EU citizens and work legally ( which is not case here).
Do you get now why they work so many hours?
Thirdly, why do you think you have right to work and any other students have to be different? You are not better person then any of them. Seems to me you have lots of spare time in your hands, you should mind your own business and may be use time for right purpose.Volunteering sounds good to me.
Remember they not taking your place, these students mostly do job youwill not going to do anyway.
And as well you should remember most of them earn money and spend in UK so no loss for the country. Education for the foreigners cost double and sometimes even more and they do not have an option to repay the loan in next 5 years or get government funding.

P.S. UK citizen according to statistics are owe crazy amount of money and massively in debt. What kind of shame is that? Do we take extra hours of work or second job? Not many. Usually apply for loan or credit card.

I knew students who stayed in UK on student visa but never studied because they been trying to save up some money, but they had to go back to their countries when visa expired. These one who survived battle are very respectful people and many of them professionals in the city.
Law is very strict now and is getting even harder so you should not be so concerned.
Big respect from me to students who facing difficulties and work full time while studying.
Don't Judge about something unless you been in similar position and tried these shoese on. Remember they might be slightly big for you and you will not be able to walk on them.

EX one of these kind of people

I don't think think this is a real life case. If they were students how would they have the time to work a 72 hour week?
And how do you know if they are taking out loans etc?
