my husband is a truck driver and we got a call about a month ago and said his son was in foster care and did we want him we said yea we will take him well he has a sister and asked if we would take her to and said sureand they told us the mother had court march 6th and it had nothing to do with us we said okay she is in florida we do not live there so it was good that we did not have to go well then I get a phone call yesterday and said she said something and now we are getting a subpoena and we have to be there well my husband is on the truck and he cant go and this is thursday and it is a 2 day trip to florida for us and I have not received this subpoena can I get him out of it and what do I need to do to get him out of it and will it hurt us getting the kids

is it alright to say that they did nothin wrong because they followed hitlers orders
now the other part of my question if not why is it alright for america or the american army to get of the hook while killing innocent civilians in iraq now some are not doing it deliberatly while other are to doing it while attempting trying to secure an area just after bombs have gone of killing anything that moves i mean anything

Because my friend had sh*t credit, I gave her use of my name and info to get a cell phone plan...she racked up 5,000 dollars and NEVER PAID IT!! now, the cell company's lawyers are demanding I pay for it even though I was not the one who racked it up... my friend is screwing me over here, is there any legal options out there for me? can i take my friend to court and win?

don't get me wrong, Lincoln was a great president...freeing the slaves on what many called a lie in his time...Bush is doing similar things as Lincoln...they were/are both unpopular at the time of being president...they were/are both being accused of lying, both were/are being accused of bad decisions in the war...(During the Civil War Lincoln held powers no previous president had wielded; he suspended the writ of habeas corpus and frequently imprisoned Southern spies and sympathizers without trial. His popularity may have been the lowest of any President on record as he was hated in the south and disliked by many in the north.) i just find it ironic how many liberals and democrats forget history...
