I mean I'm not racist or anything. In fact I'm half black, but I noticed that black people don't really get much respect from anyone in this forum.

About 5 years ago, A person I was working with got offended by me. I was amongst a few other workers that were telling dirty jokes at work. Also I was trying to motivate our work team however this person got offended by me, and I admit I probably could have gone a different route to motivate the team. She ended up telling my supervisor that I was "harassing" her. I was never approached by her telling me I what I was doing, but none the less, my supervisor gave me a warning for harrassing her, no other consequences. I do admit I was probably out of linemaybe not the the degree it was made out to be, and have not been in "trouble" at work. I certainly learned that you have to know your audience beofer you open you mouth. Anyway, my question is, number 1,should I disclose the incident to any law enforcement agency that is considering employing me even though it was only a warning, and will it affect my chances of getting hired? Nothing else ever came from it, just the warning.

My sister got fired for something she did not do. The data used was
from a report saying she was hanging up on people. She works in
a call center environment and the calls are tracked by a report which gave info claiming she is not talking to the people when they call in. She is not quilty but they said the report speaks for itself. She was not given any warning or anything. She did not do this and
says there has to be a problem with the report. Can and how should she fight this. She has never been written up for anything with this company and was totally shocked when this happened.
Thanks for any help.

General Pace told congress last week that our nation's risk to carry out our country's military strategy had increased from moderate to significant. This was stated in context of our not having enough troops to deploy with efficiency and speed. Our so called surge troops to be deployed to Iraq, in fact, will not have received the full spectrum of training the army gives our troops, yet, we have 2,000,000 active and reserve armed services personnel. What say you?

Does anyone honestly think she stands a chance? Is America really ready for a woman president, and not only that, one who is suspected of liking other women? I know we're a country full of liberals, but is this really how we want our country to be run?

Al Gore gets to fly in a private jet and gets carted around in big cars. He pollutes more than 100 "regular" people. Is this a case of Liberal Elitism (Rosie O’Donnell is against gun ownership for 'regular' people, but her body guards are allowed to carry because she is important) or is this a case of the Al Gore 'Destroying the World in order to Save it'?

Opinions?

Should the UK have a single written document, similar to the USA, outlining all our rights and freedoms, or, should the UK stick to an uncodified constitution, whereby our rights and freedoms are taken from many different sources and social conventions?

do you think he made his movie just to get an oscar and get elected for president? he blows this whole global warming thing out of proportion by making a movie that superficially seems to tell the truth. he shows some graphs without base, because he knows that people dont like to think critically, its easier to believe something if it sounds logical the first time. so he gets an oscar and the libs look at him like a messiah. theres talk of him running for pres, and the libs, eating out of his hand, wont think hesitate to vote for him. is it right to trust someone with a jesus-complex?
