Is anyone know what is the objective of United Nations? and what is Activities of United Nations?

To help peace and democracy, to prevent poverty, dictatorships, disease, repression and racism. For the most part it tries to do all of these things. it's not always sucessful, but it's trying.

The UN is a body in which the voice of every nation on the planet can be heard (with the exception of a few). The body serves to uphold and enforce international law, to defend human rights of all its member states, and it involves itself heavily in economic and social development of developing nations. This is the ideal goal, but many would argue (and rightly so) that the body lacks strength as it is only as effective as the member states involved.
