Here's the story...

Ace Trucking Corporation files a suit in a state court against Bob's Service Company (BSC), and wins. BSC appeals the court's decision, asserting that the evidence presented at trial to support Ace's claim was so scanty that no reasonable jury could have found for the plaintiff. Therefore, argues BSC, the appellate court should reverse the trial court's decision. May an appellate court ever reverse a trial court's findings with respect to questions of fact?

There is many instances where people have been targeted by rogue ex government or government agency. The first i know about was a buddist priest from cambodia who know lives in australia and was manipulated to dig his own eye out of the socket by unsavoury people i cannot mention now living in australia who are now classfied as rogues. The second was a man in his thirtys who thank god came close to diging his eye out but didnt out of shear luck and the man in his thirtys was manipulated under anasetic in a hospital and knew procedure that some was wrong as the man in his thirtys had a large whistling in the left ear and the sensation of vibration in a body and this is a form of brainwshing old goverment style (BASTARDS).I was told about 14 which one of them wears an eye patch and came from America with his other brothers into Australia.

I see Che-tees everywhere now. Mostly on poor illiterate/ignorant immigrents but not so infrequently on beatnick-types.

The "heroic" visage of Che appears to have a primal ressonace, something far beyond rational thinking or debate over just governace. The Romans were the first to capitalize on this "imagery-over substance" phenomena in the human animal. Its very powerful, and as the Che-phenomena shows, is far from being vetted out of the human genome.

Who was Che? Well, his story is as old as the sun. A guy who had it all figured out in his teens. He sold-out to communism as a teenager, because, well...he had it allll figured out. The world was X and the solution was Y. Throw in his medical studies as a teenager, and wow, you have the makings of a hero.

Communism and Socialism rely heavely on symbolism. Who can forget the heroci Lenin and Stalin pictures and statues that are still being torn down. Stalin understood the power of this symbolism over the herd...

We are acting like delinquents with the continual Bush/Clinton 'bashing'. So, let's ALL try to avoid answering questions that show this tendency. With no answers to these questions, maybe this silly and infantile 'aberration' will disappear.
Enough already!
PLEASE????????

With all our ground troops stuck in the two countries in the middle east, and Iran getting a little feisty right now, wouldn't it be wise to go ahead and start the draft machinery rolling, and training troops, so we can throw them into battle when the time has come?

This is a serious question. If you don't have a serious response, and especially if you are a promoter of the war and yet have never served your country, measure your answer carefully before making yourself look silly.

I'm not saying the draft will be entirely necessary, but wouldn't it be a good idea to be prepared?

I highly doubt Iran will conveniently wait for us to be done in Iraq before they drop a nuke on Israel.

They're mostly young and healthy, they pay billions in taxes (sales tax), but dont receive anything in benefits; by working for low wages they make things cheaper for all of you...

I bet I would never find a white person to mow my lawn for less than $200 an hour... And I do enjoy buying those oranges at the highway feeder...

Shouldn't we redirect our anger at our own citizens who are lazy and stay on welfare or unemployment forever eating that chicken that we pay with our tax money for free?

I recently discovered that my license in NJ was suspended from failure to pay a driving on expired tags ticket. Well, I live in Michigan and have never lived in NJ or had a NJ license. I did get the ticket in question in "1991" while visiting a friend and paid the officer cash at the police station. I've never heard any more about it until I wanted to renew my Michigan drivers license this past fall and because Michigan just came on board with some national reporting system, they said I couldn't renew until I paid the ticket in NJ. Can they still hold me accountable from "1991"? I definately don't have payment verification from "1991". What can I do about this?

Last week, my nephew, a marine, was critically injured when the tank he was in ran over an anti tank mine. He was air evacuated to Germany, then sent to the burn center in San Antonio, with burns over 75 percent of his body. He has severe blast injuries. My brother, who is there with him says that planloads of injured soldiars arrive hourly. Despite the contstant things we here about it on TV, I guess I wanted to believe it "couldnt happen to us", and yet here it is. I wondered how many others this has happened to. Do you know someone who has had their lives ripped at the seams from this awful war?

There seems to be more and more rubbish littering the countryside. We could pursue the cretins who do it with firearms and hunting dogs but, less controversially, why can't some of the thousands of people in jail, or on 'community programmes' be made to clear it up?

I have read so many questions in the government Q&A and there are so many people who claim to have open minds spew such hatred against our President. It is shameful to our country to hear such liberal garbage and such terrible ideas of what should happen to our president? Do you think that you would do better in another country? If so, why are you still here? I don't get it. If you have it so bad, Why are you still hear??????

The whole thing is such a monumental mess that I don't think anybody really wins or loses anything except the US troops who were killed.

About me:
I'm a military wife who's husband is in Iraq. My entire family thinks America has been betrayed and stabbed in the back by our own government. We pray the troops will be brought home immediately and there will be no more innocent loss of life. If you can't send me a nice email then please don't bother. God Bless

Jazmine
About me:
I am a Military Wife who's entire family is disgusted with the events of 911 and the corruption of the United States Government. My husband is currently serving in Iraq and he believes this war is based on nothing but bad intel and lies. We pray to God that Bush will withdraw the troops before this civil war becomes any worse than it already is. Too many innocent lives have been lost unnecessarily. God Bless!

Bill's immoral behavior as President has come back to haunt her - and RIGHTFULLY SO...

In an interview with New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd, Hollywood mogul David Geffen tore into the Clintons' integrity and Hillary's electability. "Everybody in politics lies," said Geffen, "but [the Clintons] do it with such ease, it's troubling." Geffen raised the most eyebrows when he referred to the former president as "a reckless guy" who "gave his enemies a lot of ammunition to hurt him and distract the country." Geffen was not just speaking in the past tense. "I don't think anybody believes that in the last six years, all of a sudden Bill Clinton has become a different person," Geffen told Dowd.
