How to know if your been targeted by a government agency or a rogue ex government employee?

There is many instances where people have been targeted by rogue ex government or government agency.The first i know about was a buddist priest from cambodia who know lives in australia and was manipulated to dig his own eye out of the socket by unsavoury people i cannot mention now living in australia who are now classfied as rogues.The second was a man in his thirtys who thank god came close to diging his eye out but didnt out of shear luck and the man in his thirtys was manipulated under anasetic in a hospital and knew procedure that some was wrong as the man in his thirtys had a large whistling in the left ear and the sensation of vibration in a body and this is a form of brainwshing old goverment style (BASTARDS).I was told about 14 which one of them wears an eye patch and came from America with his other brothers into Australia.

I don't know what you've been reading...but what you're saying is a fallacy. If you're a rogue, they'll find you and put you in prison but they aren't going to make you dig out your eyes. Stop watching stupid movies and get a grip.
