after selling advance tech secrets to china, blocking a missile defence system, defunding the military, defunding intelligence, not having carter arrested for illegally going to north korea, sending albright to north korea to suck one, giving billions to north korea and letting them off the hook, refusing to let sudan arrest bin laden when they had almost had him, imposing the racist affirmative action, raising taxes (which decreases tax receipts collected), cheated on his gold-digging wife, and raped Juanita Broaddrick.

bush started the second iraq war and *allegedly* lied, like clinton about monica. and...thats about it, besides a few minor issues. nothing else serious like selling tech secrets to china like a naive little 10 year old. the spending is due to the war, quit blaming the lower taxes. the budget deficit is decreasing according to the liberal CNN, unemployment is lower than it was under clinton, GDP is up.

so how is bush worse?

With the "patriot act" and the "Military Commissions Act of 2006" where they both point blank say that anyone (including American Citizens) can be held and interrogated included torture and RAPE to get confessions?

Where is the willingness to LIVE without Governmental control? If you don't believe me just try flying. 9/11 would never have happened if they had the impenetrable cock pit doors in the first place. There were plunty of warnings of terrorists storming into the cock pit to institute this, but no one ever did anything, why?

And then you expect the Government to protect you when they can't even CLOSE the borders? It just baffles me, is all.

This seems to cut across a lot of issues - abortion, same-sex marriage, discrimination in hiring, etc.

For example, racially segregated facilities are (and should be) illegal, but "men only" and "women only" restrooms, locker rooms, barracks, etc. are perfectly legal. Should they be?

I can sue a urologist for refusing to treat me because of my race, but I doubt I could sue an OB/GYN for refusing to treat me because of my gender. Does that bother people?

How would you suggest the law "equalize" the sexes where abortion is concerned? Should it?

Should women be allowed to go topless if men are? But then if that's the rule, could a woman or man sue for a "hostile work environment" if a company sponsors a beach party with topless men and women, as opposed to just "topless" men?

Is banning same-sex marriage similar to banning interracial marriage? Why or why not?

What do you say? Don't try to guess my views; I'm interested in yours!

As a civilian who disagrees with our reasons for being in Iraq, I also want to find a way to support the individuals that are doing their duty by laying their lives on the line for our country. For your willingness to serve our country, we thank you!!

However, would you be willing to share how we as civilians can support YOU the troops, even if we do not support the cause?

My concern is how to balance opposing the war without making the mistakes that happened in the treatment of the soldiers who served in Vietnam. The treatment of our serviceman by those opposing the war at that time was wrong.

So help us to learn from our mistakes in the past. For those of us who don't agree with the war, how would you like us to support you, especially when you return here to the U.S.?

For example if Massachusetts wants abortion legalized and gay marriage legal they could but if Virginia wanted gay marriages banned and abortion illegal they both could have their way within their own states. Of course Virginia would have to recognize gays from Massachusetts because of the full faith and credit clause of the Constitution.

Americans used to have the freedom to express any opinion anywhere. Now, protesters carrying picket signs are carefully kept away, caged behind wire fences. At a college, SDSU, there used to be notices freely posted everywhere on campus. Now unless they are the offical line of the authorties they can only be posted on one board, supposed to be the free speech outlet for 30,000 students.

America was set up by its founders to be a secular republic, with no mention of anybody's gods in its constitution. James Madison, father of the Constirution and author of the Bill of Rights, was adamant in insisting on complete separation of church and state. But today we see fundie fanatics in the halls of the White House and Congress, trying to coopt our government to push their religious prejudices onto society, promoting the falsehood that America is a Christian nation rather than a nation within which people are free to adopt any religion they choose or none at all.

Return to the founders.

In my small town of Marshall, Michigan, a police officer who was also a Boy Scout Troop leader alledgely raped underage children, "14 that we know of" according to the Deputy Police Chief. He was never arrested. He is only one of several officers who were accused of raping underage children and never arrested. What is the limit for the police or is there one?

How can we make manufactures that intentionally mislead the public about product safety and effectiveness responsible? Our government spends billions on prescription drugs every year, but are we getting what we payed for? Consumers have been intentionally mislead about dangerous drugs like Zoloft, Rispredal, Ritalin, Vioxx, and Prosac. Even when a drug maker is caught red handed they don't pay out more then a small presentage of profits.

I'm starting to the think so. I just heard an ABC news report that read:
"6 insurgents were killed in a recent battle, however, although unconfirmed, it appears woman and children may have died as well."

WHAT? "Unconfirmed"......how can you possible report something "unconfirmed." Folks, I hear this sorta negative media spin every day and it's beyond ridiculous.

When I was down and out of money I forged and deposited a check for $750. After I realized what I did I paid back the people that the check was written to as well as sent them a letter with an apology. I found out today that they are issuing a warrant for my arrest. This is a first time offense and I was wondering what the charge might be. This is in SC.

Hello,
I was involved with a dispute with my partner recently.
Basically we have a long history and have been separated for 8 months. She came to my house with my 3 children one night. After the children were asleep we started to argue about money. She has got into a lot of financial trouble in the last 8 months and was blaming me. I took offense to this and explained that she has recieved her £500 maintenance every month, and cant balme me for her mess. She then went to bed in a huff. I pondered the situation and decided to try and resolve the issue. I asked her to come back down and sort this out as it was silly. She then became very insulting, and I went face to face with her telling her to take the insults back. She wouldn't and said she was phoning the police?!?!? I said what for - dont be silly etc. As we were both walking down the stairs I held her arm firmly and said dont do this its crazy. She ran out of the house. I closed the open door and she then rung the bell wanting to come back in. I told her no. An hour later the police arrive and question me. A WPC asks me to confirm if I grabbed her arm or not. I said I did - then she began to arrest me under section 39 (common assault).
I said this doesnt need to be happening and I'd assist them in the morning. Two more police entered the property I was angry at this and asked who invited them in etc. I was bustled into my hall at this time and was reluctantly hadcuffed. My daughters (5 and 3) witnessed this as they were crying on the stairs. When applying the handcuffs I was in pain - and my youngest daughter cried 'daddy', 'daddy'. The red mist decended and I headbutted one of the the policeman. I was then arrested again under section 89(1). I had 6 glasses of red wine and my partner 4 glasses on the night in question. Also we both have cautions against one another due to an incident 6 months ago. She hit me on that occation but during the melee she fell over - and I got cautioned for that?
I have no other record at all. Am a proffessional man in a position of authority. Own house etc.
Can you tell me if I can expect a custodial sentance?
I explained all above under interview. And the CPS wish to press charges.
Many thanks in advance.

We go to a private school in Switzerland. Anyway, my friend Jan (weird name, i know) was sticking out the finger at the tram and swearing loudly on the tram. He got suspended for it, however, he did not do it on the school grounds. Swiss kids act just as bad, they just don't speak english. when we speak english, everybody knows we're from the international school, and they don't like foreigners. anyway, because Jan was "giving the school a bad name" by acting kinda obnoxious, and he got suspended for 3 days. Is it fair to punish a student for something they did out of school? I don't think it is, nobody thinks it is, but does anybody know like, for sure, like, legally? cuz its really mean and its gonna affect his report card.

Your country has been hit(911) by an identified and notorious enemy.

It was hit by a madman that your predecessor did very little to stop (‘98 U.S. Embassy bombings, ‘93 World Trade Center bombing , 2000 USS Cole bombing).

The madman did it because you have military forces in Saudi Arabia(yes, al-Qaeda’s objective for attacking the US is the withdraw military forces from Islamic countries.)

You have military forces in Saudi Arabia to prevent another madman in Iraq from invading your allies in the region.

Your intelligence agencies and intelligence agencies around the world believe that the madman in Iraq is trying to get his hands on nuclear weapons.

These are the facts that you know at the time.

SERIOUSLY, what would you have done?
Waited for him to strike you country or use force to remove him from power?
