In my small town of Marshall, Michigan, a police officer who was also a Boy Scout Troop leader alledgely raped underage children, "14 that we know of" according to the Deputy Police Chief. He was never arrested. He is only one of several officers who were accused of raping underage children and never arrested. What is the limit for the police or is there one?

Maybe it's a "policy" thing. For the last six years there has been a growing trend of policy overriding the law. In Humboldt County, CA., County and City police are allowed to use deadly force at their discretion as "a matter of policy". So when a teenager on drugs was shot several times and killed by ab officer 50 feet away it was justified because the officer felt threatened by the boy's hunting knife which was found later in his house half a mile away. Judge, jury and executioner all in one. There have been many equally bad actions in the area, many resulting in the death of citizens.

Some areas are turning a blind eye on police misconduct. They are a very small minority. I can show you as many cases where police did their duty at great sorrow to their personal feelings. They would support the rest of us in pruning out the rotten ones.

Here's the problem: This guy ALLEGEDLY raped fourteen children that they know of, and the other officers are only ACCUSED of raping underage children. The law is all about what you can prove (very sad in cases like these, but true). If it's the cop's word against someone else's a D.A. or judge will take the word of the cop 99.9% of the time.

P.S.: I live a couple of hours away from Marshall; maybe we could get the names of these lowlifes and arrange a group blanket party for them...

Police officers are held to the same laws we are and are not excluded from them simply because their jobs put them in positions to issue out the punishments (to a point). I'm completely surprised that the parents of these children haven't sought outside law enforcement and started civil suits against the towns police force. That is absolutely disgusting and they have all earned time in prison, you towns people should be proactive in seeing it so.

If you are telling the truth, you should visit the FBI's website www.FBI.gov and on the side bar they give the opportunity to submit a crime tip. Reading this I almost did it but you could be a complete liar looking for attention by playing on peoples emotions and telling stories of heinous crimes. Therefore, if you're telling the truth.....You should it.

Are you serious? If your question is about how many people or citizen of the that country should a police officer be allowed to tyrant? Yes I believe, they are everywhere because they are above the law and noone is able to touch them, not even homeland security or Internal affairs can do something about it because they are the same side.

I call "BS". No one rapes 14 underage children and never gets arrested. I'm willing to bet that there is way more to the story than you are willing to share or even know about. Link the story from a reputable source please.

I could find absolutely nothing on this and one would think if a police department had gone about raping kids there would be some news on that. So if this question has no validity then what does that make everyone who accepted it as truth without checking?

There's got to be more to this story. Was there no evidence? Did the children report the incidents to their parents? I'm not saying he and others did not do it, but there has to be reasonable cause to arrest them. Or, maybe there is a big conspiracy among the police and they won't pursue it regardless of proof? Pedophiles are disgusting and should be executed.

The law stipulates that a police officer is allowed to rape a grand total of no children. The same as anyone else.

Injustice is what it is.

I hope they cut the guy's nuts off.

ZERO !!!! They should be following the same laws the everyday people have to. Maybe you should contact the media in your area & get an investigation started. FAST ! If your local media doesn't do anything go state, then national. Be a leader not a follower. If you are so concerned DO SOMETHING !

There is no limit per say. It all has to do with poundage. He is allowed to rape as many children he can until the gross weight totals no more than 120 lbs. I am sorry, I don't make the rules.
