While its only a certain culture thats responsible for terrorism,we are all treated like potential terrorists when travelling by air. Is this fair? I myself have e-mailed the British Airline Authority asking for some common sense to be used,is this something you feel strong about or am i alone here?

I hate to admit that I have used an illegal substance in my past, past as in high school and 1st year college. I will be graduating this year and wanted to know exactly how the background check works? I've heard that local PD'S do polygraph test with a background check of 3 yrs. I've also heard that certain agencies don't polygraph you but just give you a reg. drug test.

I no longer use or have used an illegal substance since 2005, and even then it was not habitual. It was more like "experimenting" or once here & there. Since then, I have volunteered & done community service for the city, the hospital, & church.

Is it better in telling the truth during the test and if so will it completely jeprodize my career in the CJ system? Does community service help & show that I have matured? What can I do?

My brother sold his house early and is going to stay with me for two weeks while his New house is being built.
My problem is my Nephew is a typical untrained spoiled bratty ...and is ALMOST 4 year old.
And he has already terrorized their own poor dog that had to bite the kid in self defense..
My dog is a very smart 3 year old Doberman male named Troy.....who is not going to put up with rowdy savage behavior
I warned my brother That I will not except any rude and physical abuse towards my Dog ...And if he cannot control his son 100% of the time, than do not step foot on my property with him.
So my brother suggested that I write up an agreement that if anything happens So my dog or I will not be liable ....Is this a good Idea?
What should I do?
I will not be at home during the day on weekdays and Troy has free rein of our home ....Can I trust my brother?

I hear all the talk about black history month to which I have no issue with it being....

But something has all my life given me pause...

Is the slavery and shooting of asians on mass in the pacifc northwest , as well as thier WW 2 interment, not something that justifes say Asian Hertiage Month?

How about the Mexican invasion of California, Arizona and New
Mexico. Does the killings done in favor of "manifest Destiny", not justify a Latino History Month?

And speking of "Manifest Destiny" how about the attempted genocide of the Native american cultures? Does this not beg for a Native American Cultures month?

It is increasingly becoming my perception that African americans belive only they have ever been oppressed , and all the stuff above clearly contradicts that...what do you think?

The world knows us as a biggest democretic country & we also know that but is it a right decesion? is it not the explotation of illitrate & poor people who does'nt know the meaning of democrecy? We all educated people mostly does'nt take more interest in the election procedure either due to lack of time or dissatisfaction so what shoud be the alternative? Is there the need for so scientific method of administrator, legislative along with the judisary?
