They are working out wording to specify the terms of our troop use in Iraq. (Nothing like letting lawyers decide military strategy, but, whatever).

If they tried once and failed to pass the 'lite' version of this, why do they believe the full metal version will make it through?

Will it work to my benefit if I complete this voluntary portion of the application that the governement requires employers to request, or should I not complete it at all and leave the employer guessing. I want the job. I think the government does this because they want to promote "equal opportunity employment". How equal is it though if I am put lower on the list because I am a white man? I'm a white man and an immigrant from Canada living in Fresno, California. And believe me, I feel like a minority sometimes!

i work in a care home & had to whistleblow on my manager concerning a very serious incident & she was suspended & since resigned to avoid having to explain her actions. the stress has caused me have a near breakdown & am now on anti depressants & seeing a counsellor.
is it possible to sue her personally & if so would i have to pay??

I am looking for some Vietnam-era, clear solid dog tag silencers. They are not the "frame type" silencers sold today. They are a clear rubber or plastic sleeve that covers the WHOLE dog tag, not just the edges. Does anyone know where to get that style silencer today? Thank you!

And the courts of that State (PA) will do nothing to assist the father. The Ex wife in question is even having the children call her BF Daddy.
It is agains written laws in the state of PA for this to happen, but the courts repeatedly rule in her favor, tell her "Bad Girl, here's the slap on your hand".


So, My question to you , is this...Seeing as how she is refusing his rights, and the courts are not helping him (AT ALL!)
