I have a german girlfriend and the problem is that I live in Turkey and I wanna get a german visa, how can I do so? What I need for a german visa?

Go to your immigration department, and also to your local German embassy. I think as an EU member, your application won't take long.

When you have a US passport, you do not need a visa for Germany. But it is better to go to the next german embassy
