Does the court of appeals automatically hear the case or do they review the Judges decision and then decide to rule with the judgeor not. If they favor the judges decision, is the appeal denied or does it still get heard again?
Thanks you,

Is it fair? I crossed the ground border with some friends, they made everyone go to the office because of me( i was born in one of the countries that US dislikes/WV). They told me whatever i say will be taken against me if the info was wrong after their investigation! I was kindda embarrassed although they were my good friends but still isnt a bit bigoted? the dispute is between two governments not the people second of all im a Canadian( doesnt that count?)

Why do they always miss the bad guys and catch the good guys by mistake?

Hitler didn't believe in religion and only wanted a state run religion as a propaganda tool for the government. He was an socialist. He was a vegetarian. He didn't like Jews.

He sure sounds like he is an American liberal.

A big argument for abortion is that "it is not murder, because the U.S. government says so". Apparently, the Supreme Court now has the ability to decide when someone's life ends.

But anyway, under this idea, slavery in the South was O.K. until the emancipation proclamation, because the government said it was OK. It could not have been morally wrong, because it was legal.

Using that line of thinking, what about Marijuana? It is illegal, so it must be morally wrong. However, the liberals (mostly the same people who are pro-abortion) want to legalize marijuana, saying that it was made illegal for the wrong reasons.

But what about abortion? What if it was made legal for the wrong reasons? Should we REALLY base our morals on what our government says?

Pioneer Credit Recovery has signed a contract with the IRS.

Some Workers of Pioneer Credit Recovery are Immigrants, here on Visa’s.
One Immigrant has committed many acts of fraud using the data available thru the company. They have still conducted no investigation on the employee (s). They knew of the crimes for over a month, and nothing has been done.

How do you feel about that situation?
Do you feel this could effect you in any way? If so how?

How is the Bush/Cheney administration going to spin the fact that multiple witnesses have ALREADY shown that Scooter Libby comitted perjury. I mean, c'mon, how do you talk to loads of different people (the ones who have already testified) about Valerie Plame and then 'forget' that you did it when in front of a Grand Jury.
