I recently filed a business name, i'm using it online as a domain as well. I discovered that a well established co. uses the same name; it only differs by 1 letter. We do not sell the same products but are in the same industry. Can they go after me?

What does a Nonbinding Resolution mean? as a Paratrooper in the Army i have mixed feeligns about the war but i hate polotics nd dont understand them, so my question is what is this nonbinding resolution goint to do about the war, and most of all what does it mean for me, im currently in Baghdad, thanks alot

Now we are not supposed to call democrat party "democrat" instead we are supposed to call them "democratic".

My belief is that there was no reason to be there in the first place and what business do we have, sending the National Guard? The casulty numbers are a facilicy.. My wife works in a rehabilitation hospital.. Over 20,000 soldiers have been seriously injured..If this was 20 yrs ago we would have over 15,000 dead. Since we screwed the pooch so to speak..I think either we need to play to win WW2 style or leave.. Anything else is just complete stupidity and makes us look weak. Why would educated people trust GB Jr for military strategy? His father had much more common scence and a strategic mind. GB Jr goes by gut..
