There is absolutely nothing you, or an attorney, can do to assist a foreign national in getting a visitor's visa. It is totally the responsibility of the foreigner to go to a US embassy or consulate and convince the consular officer that he/she meets the qualifications for the visa.

The only thing you can do is to send the person a letter inviting him/her over for a visit. This letter can establish that he/she has a legitimate reason for travel to the US.

(You could check with the embassy of the country he is from.) (Or with the US State Department.)

The only thing that might stop him is if he is a risk to the US. But it will take some time at any rate. He will need a sponsor, are you willing to vouch for him and give him a place to live? A job? etc?

Find an immigration lawyer. Or, forget about it. Nothing is free. That is unless you are illegal immigrant. And that can land you in jail if you get caught.

We do not need or want any more middle-eastern people (potential terrorist) in our country....why don't you just go to the middle-east?
