I agree that 10 years there wont be a lot of difference in major things.Perhaps as people said different cars, technology, etc but not much of a social change if that's the way you think .
But to me.....
That's more than enough time to deport all illegal aliens after we have sealed the borders .Its time enough to allow America to breath a little freer, time enough to have all the people that want to be working ,employed.Time to help other nations develop a plan to solve their exclusion of its poor, and offer them jobs with livable wages, within their own country.Time to bring back respect of this nation and its laws.
Time for peace in the middle east.Yes ten years isn't long but there is time to bring about change if all the legal Americans push for it together.
Will it happen ? One can only hope.

Some say in 10 years things can't change much, but I have seen it happen over night, history tells us that this happens almost overnight, and now it's possible with the Internet and travel, and innovation to happen in seconds, but to your question I see a bad moon rising.I could be wrong.

It will be a country without factories. And the only employment left (service jobs) will be done by illegals (mainly Mexican). The only goods for sale will be of Chinese origin. Customer service representatives will conduct business from their desks......in India.

The Fat Cats (and politicians) who are to blame for such a state of affairs will be sipping Pina Coladas, and basking in the sun's rays in Acapulco - while they complain about how bad things are in the U.S. and saying that they are so lucky not to be living there.....................

If illegal immigration gos unchecked, God only knows. If they get amnesty, you can take the number of illegals that will become legal times about 15 or more, they will have all invited their family by then. If we the people get what we want deportation of all illegals, we will by then have our country back, and the good old days, will be back.

Unless middle-class Americans rise up to prevent amnesty for 20 million illegal criminals in our country our nation is doomed. For most of our history the middle-class has carried the burden...if amnesty is passed more middle-class Americans will lose their jobs, our hospitals will continue into bankrupcy, the education of our children will continue to decline..... in other words we will be a crime ridden country full of people that have no conception of living in a lawful society...we will just be a big third world cesspool!
Attrition thru Enforcement
No Amnesty (by any name)

Same it is now. Things can't change so radicaly in 10 years.
Cars, buildings, people clothing will change but I don't think that things will evolve so amazingly in 10 years. We'll have some strange cars on hydrogen, minuscul mobile phones and wonderfull girls :)
