cops came 3x last nite for loud disturbance they warned me to turn it down the first time and then i blasted it b4 he walked to his car so he came back then he called for backup so 4 other cops came and then the big guy came and asked for all my info and stuff which by the way im 16f he said if he came bac out 2nite i would go to JDC becase my parents worked till 1 in the morning and this was at like 1030 he could hear it more then 50ft he said. now he wrote me a citation and i have to appear in court with my mom over this and i've never been in trouble before with the law so wat do you think the judge will do? this is in ohio. my mom said probably probation but idon't think so i think maybe community service??? that would suck! and a fine of course & how much would the fines be?

Would you be Leary of an attack by the United States if you where Iran ?
If you where Iran how would you prepare to defend against a possible attack .
See if I where them I would be negotiating with china and sell them the oil for 15 dollars a barrel .Make a five year deal to pump as much oil out of the ground and sell it to china cheap to protect my people .
Except the problem is they have built a system that relies on oil prices in the 40-50 dollar range . So many people doing nothing but trading and living off the oil . With so little alternative economic means to provide the basics of life Iran is between a rock and a hard place . Everyone is hooked on oil like a heroin addict . And we all know what a heroin addict will do for drugs .
Is our policy with Iran just plain blackmail and the threat of force real enough that Iran has reason to fear America . I think so . We have a track record of taking what we want at any price .

Not as much about the suit, which is ridiculous. What we were wondering is this. My wife had a fender bender 2 years ago. We just got a notice that the person is suing us for an insane amount of money. Usually it is covered by insurance which we have. However she had a different insurance company than who she has now. Would the suit still be with the older company from the time of the accident, or would we need different representation?

OK so the hot head at the office writes the nasty email back to this poor guy in Iraq who just wants something comfortable to sleep on.
Yet put in their digs at the troops. Is that person excerise their "Free Speech" while on the job and shouldn't lose it.

Those who are countering and giving this company hell over that email are they excersing their "Free Speech" rights too in counter protest.

Either way you feel about this war how about we all try to make it as comfortable as we can for those guys and leave this petty politics to those here.

Considering she has been a NY senator for 6+ years why would she wait to support Legislation aimed at helping Americas Hero's? Clearly she must know in spite of her rant against GW that He is Not in the Legislative branch and she should have stepped up rather than making it a pathetic campain issue.
