There is always corruption in parts of the government.
Are you asking if this administration is corrupt? Absolutely not. Do you not think some of those crybaby liberal reporters would have discovered something as shady as clintons whitewater deals?
Stupid? No. Maybe naive to not fight back against the blatant lies from liberals attempting to destroy its credibility.

Government itself is not corrupt or stupid. You have to remember that the government is made up of people. And some people are corrupt. And stupid people tend to vote for them.
Also, sometimes corruption & stupidity is in the eye of the beholder. Some think Republicans are corrupt and stupid, while others think Democrats are. That's why we have elections.
