I would be curious to know WHY you didn't do like the officer asked in the first place and been done with it!!!! You obviously decided upon a course of action that resulted in more trouble than you started out with. Had you just listened to the officer when he told you to turn down the music...the rest would have never happened. It amases me how people blame the police for the troubles they bring upon themselves!

You will most likely be placed upon probation and MAY have to, with the assistance of your parents, pay court costs and fines. It's kind of like a "double edged sword" that your parents pay the court costs and fines to make THEM aware that YOU don't use good enough judgement in their absence!

Best wishes!

Have your parents not taught you to respect others? Are there elderly people living in your neighborhood? How about sick people? How about those who have to get up in the middle of the night to go to work? You seem to be a very selfish puddle of pee. Yes...I wish the judge would sentence you to many hours of community service.....like picking up trash off the streets. This worries me so because this seems to be so rampant. You think the world revolves around you. Maybe the best thing would be if they made you listen to music really loud with ear phones on till you go deaf. Because you don't seem to have any idea what a blessed gift you have to be able to hear. Perhaps if you lost it...then maybe you would realize how precious it is.
They should fine your parents about $500 every time the police have to go to your house. Maybe THEN you would get the hint or learn your lesson.

Sounds like you were being a little ***hole and you got what you deserved. Have alittle respect for your neighbors (who obviously did not want to hear your music), your parents (who have to live next to those neighbors even after you are gone), and the officer (who was just doing his job by shutting you up) and you won't have to deal with this again! No one can really guess what they are going to do to you in juvinille court, but I hope that the judge gives you plenty of time in community service to learn some respect. If your parents were smart, they'd take that stereo away too!

You deserve it....your total disregard for others and the contempt you showed the police officer should land you with at least 100 hours of community service and a hefty fine....the cops were cool when they gave you a warning....haven't you ever heard of earphones? blast it all you want without disturbing anyone else...I hope you learned a valuable lesson...
