This bill makes no sense. Paragraph 1 says, "...the Secretary shall negotiate with pharmaceutical manufacturers the prices that may be charged to PDP sponsors and MA organizations for covered part D drugs for part D eligible individuals who are enrolled under a prescription drug plan or under an MA–PD plan", but paragraph 2 goes on to say, "Nothing in paragraph (1) shall be construed to authorize the Secretary to establish or require a particular formulary".

What incentive does this give the drug companies to sell the drugs at a discount?

Be you liberal or conservative, I'd like to know what you think about global warming. I'm interested in your opinions-- they will be part of a study that I'm doing on this issue, so please be specific.

My husband has joint custody of his two children. The mother left CA to AZ to avoid childs support. Five years later, my husband files for child support, and this summer will be 3 years since she last saw her two kids.Child support finally caught up with her- and now she is paying. Granted, most people pay more that $200/month- because that is all she pays. We were recently informed that she will be getting kicked out of her rented home at the end of this month. She claimed that she can not afford child support, and asked my husband if he can take it away. She has been uninvolved in the kids lives. She also has a husaband, and four more children.

In an event she were to get kicked out, what is the likelyhood of my husband getting sole custody his two children? She can barely afford her four children now, and I know she will not be able to provide shelter, food, medical or whater the children need. How can we convince the judge?

15 of the 19 nuts who took down the NYTC were saudis. and the US response to 911?....we invaded iraq. not only was this a huge blunder on behalf of our troops and US taxpayers, it was a huge favor to ........yep, the saudis. those muslim nutjobs would be focused on western-friendly arab nations, namely saudi arabia, if the US didn't provide thousands of troops for them to kill.

The Chruch says to use no birth control. In doing so more people enter the world, that the people who have had them cannot afford to offer care for 18 years as they are unable to support and care for themselves. Are more people subject to extreme poverty from the Catholic Church belifts? If the Catholic Church wants no birth control than-- why aren' they helping pay some of these medical bills impose on Americans by illegal aliens who follow their belifts ? They have plenty of money for pedophilia scandals which has cost them millions upon millions of dollars.Should the Catholic Church make a sincere effort to support their own causes and beliefs ? If they used birth control half of Mexico would not have to come here every day and nobody would be going hungry. If the Catholic Church admires no birth control so much than why don't they accept the responsibility and feel the responsibility to feed and clothe all these people they want to follow their teachings ?
