You have an issue with getting rid of affirmative action?WOW then you are not wanting equality, you are wanting extra privilages. It had a purpose back in 1964 when it was introduced. In today day and age it is outlived, unless you are looking for a little "payback" discrimination against the white male.

You give them an inch, they will take a yard. There cannot ever be enough "affirmative action" for Liberals. They want the slope tilted as far as they can for some reason that only they know.
They would not know equality if it slapped them in the face.

No personal offense intended, but if you want to talk equal opportunity, I'll go head to head with you for any number of job or school applications. We'll see who's "more equal."
You might actually be a nice guy that I'd buy a round for in a bar....until you opened your pie hole about politics. Then I'd probably just quietly back away and find more pleasant company.

Affirmative action was needed at one time, but not anymore. The playing field is more even now, as people are less racially divided than they once were and are more open minded....like liberals, for example.
