you should call immigration. go to there website at http://www.uscis.gov
just to let u know i tried to report my abusive ex husband and it never worked. it has been 4 years since i been divorced and they didn't do anything about it.

If you live in border states such as Texas you can go to any police agency, however, if you live in other states good luck.

ICE. They may or may not come. It's a toss up. You'd have better luck, probably, calling the media too and letting them know you have contacted ICE. Then let ICE know you contacted the media.
