As much abortion is offensive to you (I've assumed that you are Pro-life based on the context of your question, since you called it "murder."), your quetion can also be offensive to those that are Pro-choice. I undertand your point of view but I do not necessarily agree with it. While abortion may or not be "murder" is beyond the point of the argument. Would you be willing to deliver a baby that was concieved while you were horribly raped? If not, then would it be "murder." The point of the argument is whether abortion should be legal or not. If you believe that it should not be legal, then where do you draw the line? Condoms are lubricated with a spermicidal lubricant, which acutally "kills" sperm. And sperm are living cellular structures containing DNA and react like a living organism. If you do not believe that killing sperm should be illegal then you must be making the assumption that the baby is not "living" until the sperm fertilizes the egg. The fertilization of the only marks the time when the sperm actually reaches the egg, nothing "comes to life" or even changes.
So, in conclusion, this argument does not give my side to the argument one oway or the other, I only simply raise the question, since nothing "comes to life" at fertilization, then life must begin when the sperm and egg are actually made, in the testicles & ovaries.
This would mean that being "Pro-Life" would go hand-in-hand with believing that birth control methods such as condoms, the sponge, etc. are all immoral and should be illegal because they kill living things.
Abortion is legal, that's why a woman can terminate a pregnancy. Don't call it murder, that sounds "unintelligent." If you are going to preach against abortion, educate yourself a little better, come with an acutal argument. Simply calling it murder is something done by people to ignorant to realize that we are all allowed to have different opinions, and opinions, by their very nature, can not be judged as "wrong."

Murder is a legal term. So is child by the way.
The correct wording for your question is: Why is a woman allowed to kill a fetus, but not a child?
Frame it that way and it is answerable. Unless you want me to accuse you of the murder of a child if you use birth control, or better yet, your hand.
There are a number of valid reasons for not bringing a fetus to term. Frankly, it occurs naturally all the time. What you really want to do is determine the parameters that make that decision moral, ethical, and legal.
Oh yeah, and you might also want to consider providing the support for said child after it is born. Crack babies for example are horribly expensive. So are down syndrome children.

It isn't a child until it's born - it's a fetus, and the property of the mother. She can do what she wants with it. Once it is born alive, then it is an individual, and has rights.
If a fetus is not viable outside the womb, it's really just a bunch of cells - it has no independent life.

This question is very difficult but i think before the baby is born it doesn't hurt them that much because they haven't bonded with the baby and it doesn't make since that after she gave life she would want to kill the baby if you don't want it just give it away this is only my personal thought

Before they are born, they are not a person; a dead person is necessary for the act of murder.
