My doctor did a pap test on me and waited 9months to tell me there was something wrong. I had been back to see him during that 9 months and even told him that I had irregular periods and he told me it was stress related and that was that. A few months later he called and said a pap test I did 9 months before was abnormal and thats when we found out I had cance which by that point had grown to the size of a golfball. Because it wasn't caught early enough I now have to have chemo and radiation and surgery to have a hysterectomy and I am only 26. They other doctors believe if something was 9 months ago then It probably wouldn't be as bad as it is now. But I am wondering if it would be worth a malpractice suit and how long would it take? Also I had no insurence during all this do to switching jobs.

I have heard that you can claim back your bank charges from your bank but I don't know how to go about starting off the whole process. Does anybody know where I start and the process thereafter? Many thanks.

I was called a cracker by a black person one time, and I responded, "Cracker? I'm more N than you" He paused for a few seconds trying to figure out if I insulted him or not, then went nuts like I made a racist comment.

Who would you consider the racist?
The person calling me a cracker,
Or me calling myself the N word.

Why do people want the government to control what you see and hear? To whom does it apply? Who decides what information is required to make something "fair?" Don't PEOPLE have the right to free speech, rather than political parties or individual opinions? An opinion is not a person!

If people don't watch or listen, the show will be cancelled. What's wrong with letting the people decide?

Put c-span1 on right now.

The democrats are trying to raise taxes to U.S. oil companies, without raising them on foreign ones.

Do they think the oil companies will just absorb that loss themselves? Do they not realize that will affect gas prices?

I thought they wanted to reduce our dependance on foreign oil?

And yes, the "profits" Big Oil will reap are STEALING. Click on the link and read the entire article yourself.

TOLD YA the invasion was ultimately about OIL. How ya feel about all them Americans being murdered NOW?

“The US government has been involved in drawing up the law, a draft of which has been seen by The Independent on Sunday. It would give big oil companies such as BP, Shell and Exxon 30-year contracts to extract Iraqi crude and allow the first large-scale operation of foreign oil interests in the country since the industry was nationalised in 1972”

So far all we have is the continued sniping at Bush and republicans. Are Libs like Iraqis, in that they can't govern themselves because they always squabble and bicker?

White person says some think (example a row) to a black or Asian person it’s called a racist act, from nearly everyone (even the white people), and the media spread it around.
However if it was the other way round no one would not do any think

Why?

I find it curious that congress is spending time on ethics legislatoin. The concept of ethics would denote no need to define ethics, as an ethical person is naturally ethical. If one requires a guideline for ethics in order to govern our country, perhaps there are no ethics. That they even have to ponder what is right and wrong shows in the results that they have produced in the last decade for the lower to middle class, which is nearly 80% of the population. Nothing. Raise minimum wage to $7.25, try living on that. A living wage is over $21 an hour in order to keep from accruing debt. There have been no real outstanding acheivements in legislation for a very long time and I for one think it is high time for them to do something for the people they are leading. Why are there homeless people? Why are there hungry children? Why is there no medical care for 50% of the population?
I mean for real, they need to start working on thier jobs, and stop playing office polotics.

I did something stupid and went to court for it but because i have no prior arrests they told me after 6 months of no wrong doing the charges would be dismissed. Its been almost 6 months. The problem is lately ive been trying to get a job and i cant when they do background checks would this show up. what i mean is, is the charge on there and it will disappear after the 6 months or is it not on there and when i do something wrong will it appear. i hope that makes a little sence

Tepresentative Silvestre Reyes voted against the resolution in 2002 to go to war in Iraq. Why the sudden change of heart? Did common sense finally kick in? Or is it just the usual flip flopping that Democrats are so much known for?
