I bought 2002 escalade from the Cadillac dealership, but the nav system didn't work at the time, they promise to fix it and they tried and it did work for tow days but, after the 2 days the navigation, radio and the cd player not working now, I called them to tell them about the problem, they said the when I left every thing was working so now they said I to pay for any thing that doesn’t work. Any legal advice??

Usually cars from the dealerships come with a warranty... have you looked into that?

As for everything not working... they clearly didn't fix the original problem and ended up making it worse. Go in and demand that they fix it. If they don't, call in the general manager. Then start writing letters... there is NOTHING a dealership hates more than having nasty letters sent to corporate since then they lose great ratings and other incentives.

You need to get access to your legal rights. Check the sites below. Make sure to change the location/state in which you reside. Hope this helps.
