Actually, the Democrats had a clear 6 point plan for America before the election, and they are now on their way to making it happen. The House has passed the legislation well under the promised 100 hours, but the Senate will take longer, since the GOP is resistant to these Democratic ideas that are overwhelmingly supported by the American people.
Unfortunately, the media does not communicate the Democratic Party's agenda as well as they do the GOP's. The Contract with America of Newt Gingrich was publicized widely, but the agenda of the Democrats is ignored by the American mainstream media, thanks to its extreme rightwing bias.
The Democrat's six point plan, and documentation of rightwing bias in the American media are at the links below.

Why do you uninformed, myopic Conservatives persist with your unfounded accusations? The Democrats have a clear and comprehensive plan for America. If you spent more time watching CSPAN and less time listening to O'Reilly and Rush, you just might get an education.

Bush flushed it down the toilet. This question has been asked and ansered a thousand times, yet you never seem to hear the answers. And since Bush is going to do his will anyhow, what's the point?
