He/she just have great ideas and a great plan to execute them. It should not matter how wealthy he/she is. But realistically speaking, you can only get high office if you are very rich. Doesn't this narrow the field of qualified people unfairly? I have great ideas and a great plan, but since i'm not rich and not connected, I'll not become president of the USA. Wealth and who you know should not have a bearing on whether you can be president.

It seems VA and US of America has deserted its injured veterans again since Vietnam. This is absolutely criminal. These men and women took up the slack for us. I may or not agree with any military excursions in last 25 years, but Christ sakes its horrible to see things haven't changed.
How can it take 5 weeks for 100% disable vet to see Doctor? Why do the spouses of these vets have to fight to get care for their loved ones?
This is pure and simple crap.
The Va intimidates thse veterans and families by claiming they can't do better. Where's our elected officals? Where are we?

I know of this woman. Her husband is a convicted sex offender. She had NOTHING to do witht the crime. She didn't even know him when he committed the crime. He committed the crime almost a decade ago. The office is in a buzz over a sex offender web site. It is only a matter of time before they find out about her husband. Her husband has no affiliation with this company except when he picks her up from work. If they find out, can she get fired? I want answers from a LEGAL standpoint, NOT a moral standpoint. I know people are wondering why she would be with hiim... that is not the question I am asking.

Idle curiosity stemmed from boredom at work.. so no reason to flare up at me about NWO or something. But if you set the world up like the US used to be with the states having more power than they do now .. and the UN acted like our federal government is supposed to.. what would be the pro's and con's of that.. and if you are morally opposed to the UN then make up some other governing body.. this is just food for thought nothing more.

Respect to human beings is the optimal achievement in democracy. Therefore with policeman, especially the constable who directly interacts with citizen is less qualified. There is no delicacy or sophistication. This leads to aversion towards the state. Hence it is important that police constables also others should be highly qualifed.

Do you realize that drugs are highly priced because they are illegal?
If they were legal and regulated they would be affordable and would not be the cause of gang wars, burglaries, or muggins. Their highly profitable traffic would not be financing the terrorist enemies of the USA and the West and the bullets and weapons that kill our soldiers.

It is the peoples constitutional right in the US to keep and bear arms. Some semi automatic rifles look scary because they look like the ones the militatry uses .

There have been allegations that Bush's surveillance programs, detention of combatants and other measures have eroded civil liberties. Can anyone provide examples of how Bush has taken steps that were not taken by other commanders in chief in time of war? Please provide cites if possible - here is the chance to make the case! Thanks.

I want to know more about constructive eviction. Also I wanted to get feedback of any problems that anyones has had with their landlords especially if it became a legal issue. Right now I am looking to sue her on these grounds: having only one power meter box on a multidwelling unit, not giving notice before entry (came home and she was in house at 9:30pm), having workers come in at 7:30am, treating me and my roomate as one instead of seperate tenants (holding me responsible for his actions), no written explanation for withholding money/deposits just a spreadsheet with a bunch of numbers, not giving 60 days notice for eviction (she kicked my roomate out the same day she told him to move and gave me til the end of the month and has been pestering me since about when I was going to get out), not depositing security deposit into trust account (plus she didn't give me the name of the bank and address period she has 30 days to do so). HELP!!! Thank you.

Seems to me like there's a parallel between the Scooter Libby and Bill Clinton cases. Each was accused of perjury and obstruction of justice, although the underlying conduct was not a crime. (There has been no charge of "outing" Valerie Plame filed against Libby or anyone else.)

Are there any LEGAL distinctions you see?

Thanks.
