party must not think very highly of America. What do you think, or feel. Shouldn't the party of thinkers, think about spending money on Americans instead of a war everyone knows can't be won except the thinkers?

If you are in the country illegaly that means that you have to break laws to be in the country which would make you a criminal. What is so hard to understand about that?

Asked by CBS television if he had the authority to send more troops without backing from Congress, Bush said: "I think in this situation I do and I fully understand (Congress) could try to stop me from doing it ... But I made my decision. We're going forward."

I thought that we had checks and balances to keep him from doing this type of thing.

There are those who are trying to change the foundation of our constitution because he was not born in the U.S.

But you can't change the entire law for just one person, you have to change it for EVERYONE. So my question is, how would they write this law to keep the riff-raff out? I mean that same law that let's Arnie be president would allow say, a sleeper terrorist to gain the office?

Have they even thought about that? So how do you think this would be handled?

They just said there are 26 candidates for the 2008 election!!!

I was arrested on friday night for not immedialy stopping for an unmarked Detroit Police car until I made it up to the gas station 2 blocks up. They seatched my car without permission but I know that is probally procedure. They tried to charge me with fleeing the police for not stopping on when they tried to pull me over but the police sargent dropped the charges. When I got down to the police station I called my parents and when they came down there the Detroit Police had other people things in my record and that is why I had ro spend a night in jail. My question is can the police officer drive your car to the police station after being arrested. Plus, I was never read my miranda rights.

Will you write to your Senators to let them know how you feel? I have written mine. It will not take more than a minute or two (depending on how long your message is). We need to stop the deaths of our brave soldiers.

I think holidays don't mean anything anymore in this country, they have become either a) just commercialized events or b) free days off from work for most people.

My grandpa died a few years ago, leaving my confused grandmother with a ton of cash. This cash has been put in a trust fund that noone is allowed to touch unil my grandma passes. However, I have some shady family members. Would it be possible that they would rack up bills in my late grandfathers name? They have access to his social, mother's maiden name, etc. If they rack up bills in grandpa's name, would it be possible that the trust fund be used to pay for the racked up bills? (once we have access to it?) I talked to a lawyer and he said it's been over 9 months since grandpa passed, so I have nothing to worry about. So why am I still worried??

I can really use some help here. I was recently arrested for public intoxication but was never given a breathalizer or sobriety test. How cant this hold up in court? it is my word against the officers. Also i am planning on applying to med school next fall, does anyone know if this charge can have a big impact on me getting into med school i am really freaking out about this more then having to pay a fine or community service.
