Yep! tizzy, they are human like the rest of us. I have my blonde moments and make mistakes. So why shouldn't they mess up now and again.;-)
From time to time, we may think they are idiots (I agree), but I wouldn't like the job...

Hi, i can get it if you want (phew).

Recently, I have heard quite a few people say, "bring Margaret Thatcher back." Mainly because it was a time when they felt proud of our country.

I still think we have a lot going for us.

It will be up to the people to vote with their feet at the next election...
It's no use saying, I don't know who to vote for, we have to have a Prime Minister, let him or her; at least be of our choice.

Hi, waitingfo,
I am sorry, I should have stated
Great Britian. Put it down to a blonde moment, They come thick and fast when it rains;-).
Yes, Disraeli, was a colourful character. It helps being popular with your Queen...
Thank you for your answer.

Thanks to everyone who answered my question.
Churchill does seem to be very popular.
I guess many people have happy memories of how he led the country during the second world war.

I would love to say coalition, but i don't think that would do the uk any good.If i could truly bring back a leader that sort out this country then it would have to be.."WINSTON CHURCHILL".There is a man that would not take all the crap and would have Britain back to unity.........That is the only one other than Margret Thatcher who would be up for the job>>>>>>>

The Earl of Beaconsfield, Benjamin Disraeli. Queen Victoria's favourite Prime Minister & the closest to the Platonic sage philosopher king.

This is assuming that you are speaking of Britain & not India, France, Australia, Canada, et al....it's nice to mention where you are coming from...

he will would desire to bypass one way or the different. The DMK perhaps arm twisting even even though it could continually be replaced by Jayalalita (an epitome of honesty?). the better question is the thank you to give up this loot from happening. there is not a single political occasion in sight which will properly be banked upon to ward off those scams. From Bofors (sixty 4 crores) to Spectrum (a million.seventy six lakh crores), the quantam of loot is spiralling to a strategies boggling boggling point. Any innovations how that's prevented.

I myself would vote for a Coalition. It would give us the best brains to solve all the problems we have. It worked during WW2 and it can work again.

I think we need someone like Disraeli or MacMillan. I would have said Palmerston, but we already have gunboat diplomacy!
