I'm thinking about leaving my girlfriend and I know for a fact that she will file for child support. What percent of my wages will be garnished for child support after all the paper work is processed? I'm not heartless, I'm just exploring everypossible end result of my actions. Thanks!!

Coz Im currently working as Technical Support Representative in one of the IT Company...

im undergrad of Info Tech course and at the same time i want to pursue my dream of becoming a lawyer? should i finish my IT course or shift it to Political science course and go for Law..

My Bank of America account had money taken from it due to a check sent through from Citibank. I did not authorize citibank to take money out of my account, nor do I have any affiliation with them; no cards, loans, etc. I had BofA send me a copy of the check ($2 to do) and then called Citibank. Citibank showed that I had no accounts with them, therefore they wouldn't do an investigation to it and basically told me I was out of luck. Because it was a check that appears to be authorized by me, BofA can't refund my money. They sent me the check, so now I'm taking it into a banking center tommorrow. Even though when I originally called the center and I told them I would be bringing it in, they said it wouldn't do much because they don't know where the check came from. This has become a stressful headache, should I sue?

In the state, of Virginia. On friday (1-5-07) there was a hollday. Just for the state of Virginia. All of the state offices where closed. Can someone tell me why? I went to the DMV, here in Virginia, and there was a sign that said "Closed For State Hollday Lee Jackson Day. Why?

You conservatives is the reason why Usa has a messed up history full of warfare. Right wingers are thirsty for wars. So don't blame us for wanting peace. Okay what about after ww2? Usa was the ones starting conflicts or getting involved. The country was not smart enough to declare neutrality. Plus Usa would not have been in that mess had it declared neutrality even before ww1 but guess what the right wingers fought?

I think he couldn't continue to support the lies of the Bush administration.
He has too much integrity and he is a decent man.
I mean think about it....he worked his entire adult life to improve his political standing only to resign a post as important as Sec. of State?!......Why?
I hope someday he feels the safety to tell the truth about why.
