if your asking im claiming housing benefit and working at the same time then yes only if some one reports you or you pay tax and the inland revenue catch up with you!!!!!!!!!!!!

u get 4 weeks grace with your rent so if i was i would go down and sort it out , u could be prosecuted but thats highly unlikely , u have to make any over payments u have received back , not all in one lump sum they will take a minimum of say £5.00 a week...

im assuming u are currently claiming housing benifits and worked for six weeks than stopped if thats the case no unless someone reports u or u report taxes for the job you worked at six weeks.

I think there is a month rollover. I would go and sort it asap. They may make you pay some back. It also depends on your earnings as well so go speak to them!
