re benefit question.i claimed 6 weeks at 29 pounds a week whilst i worked at a temporary job.?

surely they wont prosecute me for this.i will pay it all back in 1 go

they probably wont prosecute as it will cost more to do so and if u offer to pay the money back don't worry about it , i wouldn't pay it all back in one go , offer a small sum back weekly they will be happy with that!!

It might go to magistrates court you,ll have to pay back the money plus a fine you will get for your money one criminal record be careful next time good luck.

if ur going to pay it back dont worry about it just pay it and move on
