Doesn't seem possible.....the plan seems as though they are placing them directly in harms way....going from house to house and actually staying in the area's they "sweep"....seems incredibly naive to think there will not a be a significant amout of US casualties?

Whether you support of disagree with President Bush on the Iraqi War , there are a couple of statements he has made :

1 Before he was even elected, he made a speech about regime change in Iraq. So after electing him, why are people suprised that he fullfilled a campaign promise

2 While i hate to see young brave american soldiers die, the pentagon released a report right before the onset of the war with casualty estimates in the tens of thousands.

3 The Pentagon also released a report thay they are building super bases in the middle of iraq

4 president bush also said that the presence and number of troops will be determined by a future president

4 sec powell also made the famous quote, you break it you own it.

So my question is why are people and pundits acting suprised about the way things are going in Iraq

If we stay, people complain. If we leave, could there be another 911?

OK look, to me, it seems like Bush is making more mistakes as it comes. Now he's trying to send 25-20,000 more people to Iraqi? Ok now if he does do that, no one would really want to deal with that problem and people would start to drop out. So, could it be that, bush is being stupid for a reason besides the normal reasons? To be it seems like he creating problems on purpose.

My friend seeks some advice, but some have been asking for full consultations charging money, some just chat to understand the situation. What are some typical fees? Is there any place he can get some advice from urgently?

i went to a party a couple of days ago. the cops came and everyone ran out. i didn't get caught but people who did got alcohol citations even though they passed the breathalyzer test with 0. the cops took the belongings left at the party, so i was wondering if they have any right to issue me a citation so long after the party if i go to the police station to pick up my stuff since they have no proof of anything. they might say that i was at the party and i ran, but isn't it not illegal to be at a party where there's alcohol and not drink? also this girl went to get her stuff but they wouldn't let her tell her story and issued her a citation and shes going to court.

I just found out from a fellow co-worker that I am going to be let go from work. I work through a temporary agency through the plant and they are training a girl to do my job, and I found out about that also. I worked for a law firm before and I thought that if a company lets you go for lack of work that they can't turn around and hire someone to do the same job you were doing. Is that right? Someone please help.

Seem as though some of the papers he smuggled out in his pants, probably contained sensitive documents that show how much Clinton screwed up. The 9-11 commision might have needed those papers to help make better judgements on protecting our country. Even after all these years seems like Clinton is still screwing up the country. Ya think?
