My ex lives in another state & I have been told he's planning a trip to where I am to try and snatch the kids from me. i need to know if he has a warrant for when he was arrested in December 2005 and jumped bond.

personally I think that if they don't like us...let them fend for themselves,they either need to stop wining and pull their heads out of their ---es .we would like nothing more than having our troops here at home helping us and the aid that we give to all of those countries,,,we could use it here to help those of US who need it.ya'all can fend for yourselves,but then ohhhh that would be inhumane acording to you all.so suck it up.wa wa waaa

they both got a lot of people dead, so, don't even bring that up, both had fixed elections, so don't even bring that up either, both have "dirty" family members, so really, what's the big difference?

America, with love, will you leave the world to go and hide (to enjoy splendid Isolation)? If you do who will stop or moderate or at least deter the more than 17 dictators we have on earth, who are causing so much suffering or total threat to humanity? I am sorry you sacrificed your citizens for the good of others but what happens to Darfur, Iran, North Korean, Somali, Iraq, Afghanistan, Cuba, Zimbabwe etc without control? unfortunately these people have guns they cannot be told simply by word of mouth to stop (UN method), they need to fear something at least, and who else can it be beside you?

Some people say that the right to arms is for defence purposes, if this is true shouldn't there be less murders because everytime someone would try to kill someone they would produce their gun and defend themself hence preventing their own murder. im just a bit confused

I know they need to ask permission to come in to your house, but what about your yard. I'm curious because the cops let themselves in my gated yard tonight because we were too loud. They were nice and we quieted down, but I'm just curious about the laws of entering private property. I'm in Washington if that makes any difference. -Thanks

custody for hussian 3 years, then hanged sounds good. We keep out criminals 20 years before maybe getting rid of. Look at the money and resourses we will save. Im talking about no question cases, solid proof, videos, etc. Get rid of life no parole, what a waste. If someone is bad enough that a court will sentece to execute, we need to go with the sentence. What do you think.

10 years ago I got a $200.00 Target charge card, I payed some of it but as time went by I forgot about it and I thought they did to cause they never called or sent me anything until about a month ago, I got a letter from them and received a couple of calls, my dad told me not to answer them anymore because after 10 years they should'nt be harrassing me about it any more, is he right, what is the Statute of Limitations on something like that? Also what is the Statute of Limitations on a bad check? I live in Minnesota
