I have a friend who is 19 and he is hanging out with a girl who is 16. They are just friends and have no sexual relationship and he keeps joking that them two hanging out can get him in trouble such as statutory rape. I was just wondering if he really can be charged for anything if they are just friends and nothing more. We live in missouri if that changes anything

Last week i tried to drive onto our shops forcourt, only to find a police car blocking it. around the shop is double yellow line and cycle lane, and guess where the office was ? KFC getting his meal. Thats was bad enough, but a warden came along and moved two other vehicle along (driver too were in KFC) but asked the officer if he could move his car up a little so i could get in. if this was a one off i'd think ok why not, but it a regular accurance, so am now taking camera with me, anyone else fancy doing the same ?

Personally, I think that he is INNOCENT. The girl, Nicole, in my opinion, and in the opinion of many others, is having her revenge for being humiliated. She had sex with four men at one time, she and all of them were drunk, and after the sex, she realizes that they didn't fall in love with her and aren't gonna marry her and take her to America, so she's screaming rape. Smith isn't an ordinary looking guy. He's good-looking, and Nicole probably had her eye on him from day one! Hoping he'd fall for her and run away with her or something!

I do not know if it is me or if you can call it justice, but what about countries like Turkey. They keep killing kurds and no one even care about them? That is good, US got ride of Saddam Hussein but what about Turkey? Every time I leave such a message here, I will always get a bunch of threatening message from some turkish crazy men in my e-mai. Do not they call their country and themselves free minded super modernized people? If you are then , start acting like one for god sake and stop harassing people for telling the truth!

well they pay tax liek all of us, they help im the improvement of man kind, with out them thousands of kids will be parent less (one parent better than none). even with all their contributation to mankind why are they not allowed the same basic human rights as the rest?

before we used to say blacks cant vote because god made whites in charge,

they aid woman cant vote because god made the male in change

why are we using the same excuse... this isnt a matter of right or wrong this is a matter of having rights equal to everyone else "we the people of the United.... " what happened to that?

Does it make anybody else angry that people are sticking up for the murderer.. I'm pretty sure somebody will be on Bill O'reilly tomorrow saying something stupid about how Sadaam should not have been put to death. I think he should have gotten what he did three times over and I'm extremely Liberal. Should these extremests just go away??

inevitably all governments eventually fall apart so all political BS aside whats the prediction of the future for the USA when it finally goes ?
how long until things get so bad there's a civil war or just a break up of the states?
my guess the first to go will be California then the tristate area would be next after that the rest of the Union would crumble pretty quick.
maybe 4 or 5 separate governments ruling over what was formerly the US broken into several pieces?

5 Years ago I went to a young affenders prison for 3 months for theft of employer, I stole £1,700 and I asked to be sent to prison for my crime. Since then I have not stolen anything nor commited any crime. I've always wanted to join the army and I think I still can as it's petty crime I hope. Please give me advice on this.
