I was just wondering this. A 17 year old and 15 year old start having sex at 2:00 (the 17 year old turns 18 at 2:30) and finish at 3:00. So now a 18 year old and 15 year old did it. The parents find out. Is this consider rape?

I think I do. I say we go for river of fire. Make the borders rivers of fire. Yes I said borders, because if you are going to do it to the Mexico border, you have to do it to the Canadian border as well. Let's keep it fair. Canadians are far more annoying than Latin Americans anyways. I have lots of friends from latin Amercia, but I cannot stand to hang out with Canadians. So that is the ultimate answer. I believe construction should start immediately. Let's make it with an on/off switch as well. So you can turn it off every once in a while, and then when people try to cross, turn it back on, and incinerate the law breakers! PROBLEM SOLVED!

A friend of mine, a white woman from the UK was looking to immigrate. She was in her mid 30s, had recently emerged from a a bad relationship and was recovering from a personal financial disaster (mostly due to her reckless spending on too many holidays and nights out).She has since immigrated to Australia and has found happiness since, a new partner. She says she might have committed suicide or ended up in a loony bin if she hadn't been able to get away from her old surroundings.
An acquaintance of mine, an Indian guy working here has a sister who has recently emerged from an abusive (physically, sexually and emotionally) marriage. He wanted her to visit him for a change of scene and to offer her emotional support. Her visa was denied and she has since died.
For all those opposed to immigrants, please remember, they are looking for a second chance at happiness too just like you are, regardless of their skin colour.

I personnally believe that it should be a requirement that before you can become a us citizen and be eligible to serve in government offices or jobs you must have honorably completed a minimum of 3 years of military service.
The way this would work is if you are already a citizen that won't change but everyone else and newborns will be under a provisional citizenship and upon completion of service you will be given a full citizenship and all entitlements therein. now obviously there will be more to it than that but that's the basic concept
Does anyone else agree with me?

went to a jewerly store for my son wanted to return a necklace on a cash card i had purchase. long story short. the lady did not want to give cash back and was real rude. I told her that i felt as if she was been rude and she started yelling i told her please do not yell at me i have not raised my voice once with you and she begin yelling even louder i ask her name and told her i was going to report her to the manager she said go ahead it's my husband. i told please stop yelling i am not raising my voice at you again she told me to get out the store get out get out and said you was going to call security.any way when she was yelling my son said mam there is no need to call security we are leaving and my daughter was wondering why the lady was yelling at me. upset about this all.

I am 8 months pregnant & my husband dropped me off in front of the mall which is the fire lane. He was sitting in the car for a minute while waiting for me (his hazard was on) and a police car stopped behind him. He moved forward for about 20 feet and the police car followed him. Without a warning, the officer sarcastically said “No parking on the fire lane, Merry Christmas” handed him a ticket and left. Should we appeal & is there a chance of not paying for this $100 ticket?
